While checking my gmail id today, I was shocked to see that google had deactivated my account without any prior notice. Now, I am not able to access my blogger account, orkut account, adsense account and analytics account. It is Google monopoly.Whatever Google is thinking they are doing. They misusing user. I say they are not only misusing they are stealing our resources. Here is the screen shot the message is displaying while login
So my question is Google safe? From now I can’t trust on Google.

Yeh I have discussed in many forums they are saying violation of TOS but I am not getting which TOS I have violated. Only Google people can say which TOS I violated. One thing I can say you all Google keep track of every thing of your machine what you do so don’t keep any of your secret things in Google docs.

Lord Matt
Google is not all knowing and even if they were to e able to read every document in the world ever it would be read by a search algo so it would mean nothing ut 10010110…
Something has happened that may have triggered an automatic lock or your account ahs been flagged by G-HQ for setting off some bells somewhere.
Your best bet is to email them and politly say “My account (account.name) has been deactivated for some reason, has there been a mix up. Help.” don’t say anything else and let them fill the blanks.
Thatsaid back when I was a noob I used hotmail all the time then for no reason that they were ever willing to explain they shut and locked my account. They said yu have violated the TOS but refused to say which ones or how.
If that happens blog about it. Make sure the world becomes aware.
On the other hand maybe it is a mix up and you will have full access again.
As a warning to everyone buy your own domain and create enough in boxes on it to have one G-Account per service for this very reason.

Yes LordMatt you are right we need to buy our own domain and create enough in boxes on it to have one G-Account per service for this very reason. But we must aware of this and need to stop all the services Google provide us then only they can understand the importance of user.

You somehow violated their TOS for sure, what triggered their filters and you got blocked. Don’t think that everything you do is legal before you read it carefully.

This is one of many incidents I have heard of with Google. To answer the question “Is Google Safe?” No! Not at all. They take your content and use it for advertising and for their own gain. For instance you may want to look at a post on my blog http://blog.asylum-et.com/2008/03/30/speaking-out-against-a-giant/
The post is discussing an issue we had recently with our Adsense account. Due to the outright theft on their part we decided to discontinue our use of Adsense even though they reinstated our account with apologies. Now if you look into how you are to go about not using Adsense they do not offer such a thing as removing your account. No, rather they offer for you to remove all of the Ad code from your sites and that is it.
Well now that does not help since the cache in Google still has your content and oh would you want to take a guess what is in that cache of your content? Yep you guessed it, adsense ads. Now who gets paid for the clicks on the Ads when you will likely never check your account again?
Google is silently planning to make all websites un-needed since the user will only have to browse Google and never even hit your website.
What is even more scary is the fact that they are working themselves into a position for global dominance. Call me crazy but if you think about it they seem to have their hands in every pot, they have offended the US gov with their google earth and what it revealed. The US gov would probably have just bought them out if they could afford it but I think it is safe to say that Google has more money than them so that wont happen.
Sorry, ranting but the power they have scares the heck out of me.
My advise. Buy your own domain name, find a good host, use your own email server. i.e. yourname@yourdomain.com You can forward the email through something like gmail or yahoo but your messages will be on your own computer since you will use something like Outlook to download them. That way nobody has power over you and your information like this.
Never give this type of power to someone especially when they are a search engine who rather than focusing on making search more relevant they focus on making search more profitable for them as well as trying to corner every other market. Google is a joke, use yahoo, msn or any other and show Google you wont take their BS. Back in the day they called it Boycott. Do it, love it, watch Google fall.
Best wishes to you Subikar.
